Directorate of Career Service Centre
It is with great pleasure and a deep sense of responsibility that I extend a warm welcome to all members of the University community, students, graduates, employers, partners, and esteemed visitors to the Directorate of Career Services Centre.
As the Director of the Career Services Centre, I am honoured to welcome you to this vital student and graduate support unit of the University, established to bridge the gap between academic learning and the world of work through career guidance, employability development, and industry engagement.
The Career Services Centre plays a key role in preparing students and graduates for successful careers by providing career counselling, internship and industrial placement coordination, employability skills training, job placement support, and employer engagement services. Through these initiatives, we support the smooth transition of students from academic life to professional practice.
We are committed to empowering students and graduates with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to thrive in a competitive labour market. Our programmes are designed to enhance career readiness, promote entrepreneurship, and foster meaningful connections between the University and industry stakeholders.
In addition, the Centre collaborates with employers, alumni, and professional bodies to create opportunities for internships, mentorship, career fairs, and recruitment engagements. These partnerships are essential in ensuring that our graduates remain competitive, innovative, and job-ready.
As you engage with the Career Services Centre, we encourage active participation in our programmes, openness to learning, and collaboration with our career advisors and industry partners. We remain dedicated to supporting your career growth and professional success.
Thank you for visiting the Career Services Centre. We look forward to working with you in shaping successful and impactful career journeys.
